This article describes how to customize your Gemini Enterprise – Business edition experience.
Appearance
- Sign in to Gemini Enterprise – Business edition (business.gemini.google/).
- Select the
icon and select Appearance.
- Adjust the following settings as desired:
- Theme: Dark mode, Light mode, or System default.
- Chat density: Comfortable or compact.
- Homepage elements: Enable or disable the Prompts and For You elements of your homepage.
Connectors
- Sign in to Gemini Enterprise – Business edition (business.gemini.google/).
- Select the
- Use this view to manage the data to which Gemini Enterprise – Business edition has access.
- TO ENABLE: Select the Connect button next to the respective app name.
- TO DISABLE: Select the Disconnect button next to the respective app name.
Personalization
- Sign in to Gemini Enterprise – Business edition (business.gemini.google/).
- Select the

- Select the
- On the shared chats screen, choose from the following options:
Copy chat URL to clipboard.
Delete shared chat.
