I forgot password of my safe folder how can reset the password

Welcome to the Files by Google help community,
- If you forgotten Safe Folder password/pin/pattern, try to remember.
- You can't access Safe Folder without entering password/pin/pattern.
- There is no any option to access safe folder without loosing data.
- If you want to use safe folder again. You will need to reset it. But 'Reset' will erase all data from safe folder.
- On your Android device, open the Files by Google app Files by Google.
- At the top left, tap Menu Menu and then Settings Settings.
- Select Safe folder and then Reset your Safe folder.
- In the confirmation dialog, tap Reset

Besides you, no one has access to your safe folder password.
Try remembering your password & make attempts to find it. I would recommend you to make a note of passwords you have already tried. Your Safe Folder lock must be a pattern or pin as these are the two options.
At any point, if you reset your Safe Folder password, the data inside the safe folder will be permanently deleted and we might not be able to help you get your data back.
On the other hand, you may want to try other products of Google like photos or drive to find your data, if any backup was done by you.
