Welcome to the Files by Google Help Community.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to recover the files that have been deleted from the safe folder.
Data deleted from the safe folder cannot be recovered because they do NOT make it to the trash and are permanently deleted in that instant.
There's no way to recover items deleted from the safe folder.

Welcome to the Files by Google Help community,
- Once Files deleted from safe folder they can't be recovered.
- They permanently gets deleted.
- Please check in any backup app, if you ever did, you can restore from there. Otherwise there is no option.
