If you have an issue with your Google Fi phone that may be covered by the warranty, Google can help.
If you bought the phone through Google Fi:
- If it’s been 15 days or less since you received the phone, you can return it for a refund. This is possible whether the phone is defective or not.
- To find out more about a refund, replacement, or repair, contact a Google Fi expert.
If you bought the phone from the Google Store:
- Contact 855-836-3987 to reach Google Store support.
- A support agent contacts you soon after you request a callback.
If you bought your phone somewhere else:
To check if you’re covered by your phone’s limited warranty, contact your phone's manufacturer.
Check if your phone is under warranty
You might be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund if your phone:
- Doesn't charge properly
- Won't turn on
- Freezes frequently
- Has issues with the microphone, speaker, or buttons
- Can't connect to the internet or a cellular network
