Important: This feature isn’t available for iPhone and iPad users.
You can use other devices like a tablet or laptop to make phone calls and check your voicemail with Google Fi through web calls. Even when your phone is off, you can still make and receive calls when signed in to this page.
Enable Google Fi web calls
Important: If you just activated Google Fi service on your Android phone, wait 24 hours before you try to activate web calls.
- On a computer or tablet, go to fi.google.com/webcalls.
- Sign in with your Google Fi email address.
- If you haven’t signed up for Google Fi, you need to do this first at fi.google.com.
Access your voicemail on the web
Once you're on Google Fi web calls, on the left, click Voicemail. From the list, select a voicemail. At the bottom, click Play. Learn how to check your voicemail.
Delete call history & voicemail
- When you delete a call from your history on the web, this change doesn’t show on any other device.
- When you delete a voicemail, the system removes the voicemail from all of your synced devices.
- You can’t delete multiple calls or voicemails at the same time on the web.
Fix problems with Google Fi web calls
Fix activation errorsYou can only use Google Fi web calls if you’re a Google Fi user who:
- Uses an Android device as your primary talk and text device.
- Has had Google Fi service for more than 24 hours.
Your contacts list shows any contacts currently saved in your Google Contacts app on your phone.
- If you don’t use Google Contacts, download it from the Google Play Store.
- You can also find more information about how to add contacts, import your contacts, or sync them from your device.
- To submit feedback from the web calls page, select Menu

From the web calls page, on the left, select Messages .
Check if you can access the desired voicemail from your phone.
- If the issue happens only on the web: Submit feedback from the Web Calls page.
