For each class, you and your students share a Classroom calendar and a calendar in Google Calendar. If you don't see any calendars for your classes, your administrator probably turned off Calendar for your account.
What can I do with each calendar?

View and add items
You need to sync Google Calendar on your mobile device to use it with the Classroom mobile app. For details, go to Sync Calendar with a phone or tablet.
Note: Items that you assign to individual students appear on your Classroom calendar. They don't appear in Google Calendar.
