kmz files not loading

Earth 10 was completely rewritten so there are some differences.

You could send feedback about this issue via the option in the Help menu, but I don't know if anything would change.
You could try the filei n Google Earth Pro (download and install from here https://google.com/earth/versions/#earth-pro), but if it's a large file GEP might struggle with it.
