The Security limitations view is supported on:
- Google Docs
- Google Slides
- Google Sheets
- Google Vids
File owners, shared drive managers and administrators have the ability to place protections on their files to prevent collaborators from taking certain actions.
Users can now utilise the Security limitations view within Docs, Sheets, Slides and Vids to see all restricted actions in one place.
This helps the user to see both what actions are restricted and who's responsible for those restrictions (either a file owner-controlled setting or an organisational policy).
File owner shared drive manager limitations
File owners and shared drive managers can set these limitations:
