Sheet will not sync between browser and mobile app

It's been days and I've made multiple edits to my sheet on my phone app. The browser version will not update. I've logged in and out, cleared cache and browsing data. I dont understand the issue. It's been doing this for a few months now. If I edit on browser, the mobile app isnt syncing, and vice versa!

It sounds like your phone is not syncing. 

In order for changes made on your phone to sync to the browser and changes made in the browser to sync to the phone, then either:
1) The phone must be connected to WiFi
2) If not connected to WiFi, the phone must have Cellular Data turned on and allow the Sheets app to use Cellular Data.

It’s just one sheet I use for budgeting. It’s 29KB.

You could try making a copy of the file and seeing if the same issue occurs with the duplicate. 

 I’d also suggest updating the app on your phone, updating your phone to the most recent OS, then restart it. 

Before you do that, given you said that the work you did on your phone is not syncing to other devices, it would be a good idea to make a copy of the file so that you do not lose any changes that you may have made on your phone.
