How to use Google Forms

You can use Google Forms to create online surveys, quizzes, and forms, send them to others to fill out and then analyze their responses in real time.

To edit forms and analyze responses with others, you can share your form with collaborators.

Step 1: Create a new form or quiz

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open a mobile web browser, like Safari.
2. Go to forms.google.com.
3. Tap Blank form .
4. Name your untitled form.

Step 2: Edit and format a form or quiz

Important: Date and time picker is not currently supported for iPhone and iPad.

You can:

• Add, edit, or format text, images or videos in a form.
• Create and grade quizzes in a form.
• Select to store form responses in a Google Sheet.

Step 3: Send your form for people to fill in

When you are ready, you can publish and send your form to others to collect their responses.

Tip: To find existing forms, go to the Google Drive app and find forms that were created earlier or shared with you.
