You can use Google editors with a variety of assistive technologies to help you with your tasks.

Use a screen magnifier

You can use a screen magnifier to zoom in your screen.

  1. In the Google Chrome browser, open:
    • Docs
    • Sheets
    • Slides
    • Drawings
  2. Open the Tools menu, and then Accessibility.
  3. Check Turn on screen magnifier support.

Tip: If the magnifier doesn’t follow keyboard focus, adjust your magnifier settings.

To turn on the magnifier:

For Windows OS:

  • Use the keyboard shortcut: Windows + plus sign (+).
  • To open the Magnifier settings, press Ctrl + Windows + M, and then turn on Magnifier.

For Chrome OS:

  1. In “Settings,” select Advanced, Accessibility, and then Manage accessibility features.
  2. Turn on Enable fullscreen magnifier or Enable docked magnifier.

  2. Click Zoom.
  3. In “Advanced,” turn on Follow the keyboard focus.
