Generate a report with Google AI (beta)

In Instant Reporting, you can use artificial intelligence to suggest reporting metrics and dimensions based on your prompts. For example, you can ask Instant Reporting to create a report that shows impressions and clicks by the advertiser.

How to generate a report with Google AI

  1. Sign in to Display & Video 360.
  2. From Reports > Instant & offline > click New Instant Report.
  3. Click Generate report with Google AI to expand the section.
  4. Enter a prompt. Or, select one of the suggested prompts.
  5. Click Generate.

After the report is generated, you can customize the metrics, dimensions, and filters.

Give feedback on generated reports

If you get a suggestion that’s accurate, inaccurate, or that you feel is unsafe, you can let us know by submitting feedback.

  1. Once the report generates, click Good suggestion or Bad suggestion .
  2. If you click Bad suggestion , you can select the issue you found and enter additional feedback.
  3. Click Submit.

How to write a prompt for Instant Reporting

If no reports match the prompt, then Instant Reporting will ask you to try another prompt. Keep following in mind:

  • “Run reach performance by campaign for the last month”
  • “Report impressions and clicks by advertiser”
  • “Report impressions, clicks, and conversions for advertisers, and highlight rows with over 10,000 clicks”
