You can share a creative preview link with others for review and sign-off. Preview the creative, then copy the URL from the preview tab and share it. Anyone you share either type of preview link with can view it. No sign-in is required.
About shared previews
Shared previews are full page previews you can use to test how the creative works in different environments. Learn more about preview settings
Shared preview URLs automatically expire after 14 days. If you need to share it after it expires, share a new preview URL.
Share a preview of a creative
- Open the creative.
- Click Preview. A new browser tab opens with a preview of the creative.
- In the new browser tab, click the URL in the browser's address bar to select it.
- Copy the URL:
- Mac: Press ⌘ + c
- Windows: Press Ctrl + c
- Paste the URL in a chat or an email, then send it to the person you want to review the creative.
- Mac: Press ⌘ + v
- Windows: Press Ctrl + v
How to preview YouTube ads
- Go to Campaigns and select a YouTube campaign.
- Click the Line items tab and select a line item with the YouTube ad that you want to preview.
- Under the “Ad groups” tab, click the YouTube ad.
- In the slidealog, go to the “Ads” card and click Show preview.
- A new browser tab will open to show a preview of the ad on YouTube.
