Tags can be used by users to refine a search performed on your content. There are three types of tag:
- Creator tags correspond to people or organizations that created the item
- Medium tags correspond to the type of item, for example "oil painting"
- Topic tags can be used to generally describe the item, for example a historical event like "Renaissance" or a location like "Italy"
We have provided many predefined tags that correspond to known artists, medium types, and topics. You may remove tags that are not valid by navigating to the asset page, going to the Tags section and clicking the "x" next to the specific tag that is not valid.
