Transmitir o YouTube TV usando o Chromecast ou o Google TV Streamer

Use o YouTube TV com seu Google streaming device para transmitir seus programas favoritos para a TV.

Step 1. Set up your devices

Set up your streaming device:

• Set up Google TV Streamer

• Set up Chromecast with Google TV

• Set up Chromecast (3rd gen or older)

  • You can use Chromecast and Chromecast Ultra. You can cast from Chromecast (1st gen), but you may notice a degradation in performance since it no longer receives software or security updates, and Google does not provide technical support for it.

Step 2. Sign up for YouTube TV

If you haven't already, sign up and customize your YouTube TV membership. 

Note: To be eligible for YouTube TV, you must meet:

• System requirements

• Location requirements

• Internet download speed requirements

Step 3. Cast programs to your TV

1. Make sure your mobile device or tablet is on the same Wi-Fi network as your streaming device.

2. Open the YouTube TV app.

3. Tap Cast  at the top of the Home screen. 

4. Choose the device you want to cast to.

5. Choose a TV show or video.

6. Tap Play. 

Step 4. Stop casting

Tap or click Cast   Disconnect.

Fix a problem

If you encounter issues with video streaming, try the first troubleshooting tip below and check if it fixes the problem. If not, move to the next step.

Close and reopen the YouTube TV app

1. Exit out of the YouTube TV app, and then reopen it. 

2. Try to watch your video again.

Check for updates

1. Check that you've installed the latest system updates for your device.

2. Update to the newest available version of the YouTube TV app.

3. Uninstall and reinstall the YouTube TV app.

Check your connection

1. Make sure you're connected to the internet. YouTube TV requires a connection of at least 3 Mbps for optimal experience.

2. Turn your mobile data connection off and on.

3. Change the video quality to a lower setting. Select More  in the video player  Quality.

4. Close the video player by pulling down to minimize it, and then swipe to the right. Reopen the player and try to watch the video again. 

Restart your streaming device

1. Unplug the power cord from the streaming device.

2. Leave it unplugged for ~1 minute.

3. Plug the power cord back in.

Restart your router

1. Unplug the power cord from the router.

2. Leave it unplugged for ~1 minute.

3. Plug the power cord back in and allow it to restart.

Restart your mobile device or browser

1. Hold down the power button to turn off your device, wait 30 seconds, and then restart your device.
