Submit feedback about your Chromecast, Chromecast with Google TV or Google TV Streamer device

We're always trying to improve Chromecast, Chromecast Ultra, Chromecast Audio, Chromecast with Google TV, and Google TV Streamer (4K). Your feedback is extremely important to us. Tell us how we're doing. We're listening.

From Android
  1. Make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your Google streaming device.
  2. Open the Google Home app .
  3. Tap and hold your device's tile.
  4. At the top right corner, tap  and then Help & Feedback.
  5. Choose the device you want to send feedback for and then Send feedback.
  6. Tap the device you want to send feedback for.
  7. Type your feedback.
  8. Tap Send
From iOS
  1. Make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your Google streaming device.
  2. Open the Google Home app .
  3. Tap and hold your device's tile.
  4. At the top right corner, tap  and then Feedback.
  5. Choose the device you want to send feedback for.
  6. Type your feedback. 
  7. Tap Send .
