Google streaming device not connected to Wi-Fi

If you've lost your Wi-Fi connection or recently changed your Wi-Fi name, Wi-Fi password or service provider, you may need to set up your Google streaming device again. Follow the steps below to try to fix the issue:

  1. Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
  2. Tap Devices   Add Google Nest or partner device Google Nest or partner device.
  3. Complete the setup steps.
