Search with Google Lens in Chrome

Important:

• This feature is only available on iPhone.
• Set Google as your default search engine.

To search on a page with Google Lens:

1. On your iPhone, open Chrome .
2. Go to a website.
3. On the left of the address bar, tap Google Lens .
   • Or, tap More Search Screen with Google Lens .
4. Search with Google Lens:
   • To search an image or video:
     1. Draw, highlight, or tap an area on an image or video.
     2. To adjust the selection, drag the corners.
     3. You can zoom or pan the image.
   • To search text:
     1. To select, highlight the text.
     2. To adjust the selection, drag the corners.
     3. To find a translation, tap Google Translate.
5. You can find the results through the Search results page overlay.
   • After selection, to ask follow up questions about an image, in the search bar, you can add text.
   • To close the results page, at the top of the Search results page overlay, swipe down.
   • To close Google Lens, tap Close .

1. On your iPhone, open Chrome .
2. Open a new tab.
3. In the search bar, tap Google Lens Shutter .
   • To upload an existing image from your device, at the bottom left, tap Photo picker .

2. Open a new tab.
3. In the search bar, tap Google Lens .
4. In the highlighted box, position the QR Code or barcode.
   • When it works, a code displays in the address bar.
5. Tap the link that pops up on your screen.
