You can search anything that you find with Google Lens in Chrome. For example, you can select an image of a shirt on a page to know where to buy it or take a photo of an animal to identify it.

Search with your camera or photo from your gallery- On your Android device, open Chrome

- Open a new tab.
- In the search bar, tap Google Lens

- To upload an existing image from your device, select from the screenshots or images.
- After selection, to ask more questions about the image, enter additional search terms or keywords.
- On your Android device, open Chrome

- Go to any site with the image that you want to learn more about.
- Touch and hold the image.
- In the menu, tap Search image with Google Lens.
- On your Android device, open Chrome

- Open a new tab.
- In the search bar, tap Google Lens

- On your device's screen, position the QR code in the box.
- Tap the link that pops up on your screen.

To use Google Lens for the first time, you'll need to agree to the processing of page data.
- To help select objects on the page, a screenshot of the page and page data will be sent to Google. The screenshot and page data won't be stored or accessed by any human.
- When you select part of the page, the selection is sent to Google Search. To manage or delete your search activity, go to My Google activity.
