Enterprise data guarantees
When an AI feature policy is set to Enable the feature for users, but do not send data to Google to train or improve AI models:
- Your Customer Data will not be used to improve Google models—Data may be sent to Google so that the AI feature works properly but that data will not be used to improve the Google model.
- Data is not used for ads—Google does not sell your Customer Data, nor will it be used to personalize advertisements.

Google generative AI features available through Chrome
In addition to Chrome-built features, organizations can also benefit from other Google generative AI products, such as Google Lens and Google Agentspace, which are accessible in Chrome. These features are not covered by Chrome’s enterprise data guarantees for generative AI as they are subject to their own guarantees and/or terms of service.
