Paid for something that i'm not giting

I paid $70 for 3 months of Google Chat several hours ago I tried getting the 40% off that was offered that it would not allow me to get it. I still cannot get back on Google Chat. You will not allow me to access it. I'm paying for something I cannot use.

Yes, I did reboot, and it still does the same thing.

Hi,

Welcome to the Google Chat support community. Can you explain in a bit more detail what exactly you paid for? What does the receipt, or payment record say? Google Chat does not require any subscription service, just a standard @gmail.com address. Did you perhaps sign up for a subscription to the Google Workspace suite of products and services using an @domain address?
