Google Workspace with Gemini を使ってみる

2025 年 1 月 15 日より、プレミアム AI が Workspace Business プランと Enterprise プランに含まれるようになりました。従来、この機能は Gemini in Workspace アプリのアドオンをご購入いただいた組織でのみ利用可能でした。

お客様が学校用のアカウントで Google Workspace with Gemini を利用している場合、Gemini の利用可能性に変更はありません。

Gemini in Workspace アプリでは、AI を活用した機能を利用して、メールの下書き作成や文書の推敲などを行えます。

次の方法で Google Workspace with Gemini にアクセスできます。

  • 仕事用または学校用の Google アカウント: AI を活用した機能を利用するには、対象となる Google Workspace サブスクリプションまたは Gemini in Workspace アプリのアドオンが必要です。
  • 個人の Google アカウント: Google AI プランで Gemini をご利用いただけます。

Google Workspace の Gemini 機能を比較する

Google Workspace with Gemini の機能を使用するには、対象となる Google Workspace エディションが学校用アカウントに必要です。利用可能な Gemini 機能は、Google Workspace のエディションによって異なります。

  • Google Workspace with Gemini にアクセスできるかどうかを確認するには、Workspace アプリで Gemini アイコン を探します。たとえば、Gmail や Google ドキュメントの右上にある「Gemini に相談」アイコン をクリックします。
  • 管理者に問い合わせることもできます。
