Lock a user's account

  1. Sign in to the Cameyo Admin console.
  2. Go to Admin > Users.
  3. From the Email list, click the relevant email to open the User Settings page.
  4. Click Lock to lock the user account and change their status from Active to Locked out.

    Note: If you change your mind, click Unlock to reactivate the user account.

  5. Click Submit.
