Customize app settings

You can customize the Cameyo apps using PowerTags.

1. On the Cameyo Admin console, select Apps .
2. Hover over an app's icon and click to take you to the app Details page.
3. Customize the app settings as required.

   1. Enabled—Turn the app on or off.

   2. Unauthenticated access—If enabled, anyone with the app's URL can use. This means that users are not required to log into Cameyo nor do they need to be authorized by your Cameyo admin.

   3. Show in portal—Turn on to show the apps on the Cameyo Portal for members of your team who use these apps.

   4. Restrictions—Specify which groups of users can use and view an app. These groups are either Cameyo user groups, or Google groups (if you connected your company Google Workspace account on the Company Settings page). For details, see User groups.

   5. Maximum Concurrency—Limit the total or per-user number of sessions that an app can run at the same time.

   6. Command line—Use command lines to customize any apps with default settings.

   7. PowerTags—Use to define custom behavior for user sessions.

4. At the top of the page is the direct URL to run the app. You can also rename the app, or change the icon for the app.

   Note: You can also access the app with the URL to run the app. The URL can be in one of two formats:

   1. https://online.cameyo.com/apps/[AppID#]/play
   2. https://cameyo.app/[AppID#]
5. If you change a setting in a drop-down list, click Set to confirm the new selection. Other setting changes are saved automatically.
