Important: If you have a work or school account, your administrator controls your ability to share your calendar. If you can't share a calendar, contact your administrator.
In Google Calendar, you can share any calendar you own or have permission to share with others. When you share your calendar with someone:
- You can control what they can find and do on your calendar.
- They get an email. To add your calendar, they must accept your sharing request in the email.
- You can choose to stop sharing your calendar at any time.
Share your calendar with specific people or groups
Important: To share someone else’s calendar, the owner must give you the “Make changes and manage sharing” permission.
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Calendar app
.
- At the top left, tap Menu
Settings.
- Select the calendar you want to share.
- Under “Shared with,” tap Add people or groups.
- If the calendar is already shared with others, you can find the names of the people or groups you shared it with.
- To stop sharing with any users and groups, tap Remove
.
- In the search box, enter and choose a name or group.
- You can add multiple users and groups at the same time.
- Tap Save.
