Add or remove holidays on your calendar

Important: To learn more about changes on how Calendar shows holidays and other moments, check The Keyword blog.

Holidays are automatically added to your calendar. You can update your calendar settings to:

  • Show public holidays and other observances, public holidays only, or selected holidays.
  • Add or remove holidays from other countries or regions.
  • Add or remove religious holidays.
  • Hide or unhide individual holidays.
  • Change the color of holiday events.

To show the holidays most important to you, you can customize your calendar.

Tips:

  • Calendar shows public holidays and national observances using information from a third-party company that specializes in this data. This information is regularly updated and available for every country where Calendar can be used.
  • To add specific holidays, you can subscribe to third-party holiday calendars published on the web.
