Important: Reviews are available only in certain countries or regions and for certain business categories. To better match how people search for businesses, availability of reviews may change over time.
Learn about best practices to get more reviews
Important: Before you can reply to reviews, you must verify your business. After your business is verified, you can reply to reviews on your Business Profiles.
You can encourage customers to spread the word about your business through Google reviews with these practices:
- Remind customers to leave reviews: Tell them it’s quick and easy to add reviews. Business owners should not offer incentives to customers to leave reviews. You can also ask customers to leave reviews by sharing a business-specific link or QR code.
- Reply to reviews: Show customers that their feedback matters. Learn how to read & reply to reviews on Google.
- Value all reviews: Honest and balanced reviews can help potential customers decide. A mix of positive and negative feedback often feels more trustworthy. To show you care, you can reply to reviews and give more info. If the review doesn't follow our posting guidelines, you can request its removal.
Share a review link or QR code
You can create and share a link or QR code to help customers leave reviews. To encourage them to use the link:
- Include it in thank you emails
- Add it at the end of a chat interaction
- Include it on your receipts
- Go to your Business Profile.
- To find your review link, select Read Reviews

- Share the link or QR code directly or use the share options.
- To copy the review link, select Copy
.
- To download the QR code:
- Right-click the QR code.
- Select Save image as....
- To copy the review link, select Copy
Tip: If you share through email, the email linked to your Business Profile sends the email.
