1. Create posts to share updates, offers, or events

You can post on your Business Profile to directly share updates, offers, or event details with your customers on Search and Maps. Posts can help keep your customers updated and promote your business’s current and upcoming specials, sales, and events.

Create posts to share updates, offers, or events

  1. Go to your Business Profile.
  2. Select Posts and then Add post.
  3. At the top, select the post type:
    • Update: Share info about your business.
    • Offer: Provide promotional sales or deals from your business.
    • Event: Promote an event at your business.
  4. Fill out the details about your post.
    • Optional: Under “Add more details,” you can add info based on the post type you selected. For example, you can add a coupon code or a link to redeem an offer.
  5. When you’re ready to publish, at the bottom right, select Post.

Tip: You can add as many relevant details as possible like start and end dates of events or terms and conditions of offers in your post. Learn how to create and manage posts on your Business Profile.
