2. Edit or delete your review reply

If you want to update your reply to a customer review, you can edit or delete your reply.

Manage your reviews

1. Go to your Business Profile.
2. Select Read reviews.
3. Under the review reply that you want to edit, select Edit.
   • If you want to delete your reply, select Delete Delete.
4. In the dialog box, edit your reply.
5. Select Update.
