These terms are entered into by the entity that executes them or accepts these terms electronically. You acknowledge and agree that Local Inventory application (the “Local Inventory app”) is subject to the Google Terms of Service, as supplemented by the Local Inventory app Additional Terms of Service (the “Additional Terms”).
Other service-specific additional terms may also apply if you use other Google services with the Local Inventory app.
Read each of these documents carefully. Together, these documents are known as the Terms (the “Terms”). They establish what you can expect from us when you use our services and what we expect from you.
If these Additional Terms directly conflict with the Google Terms of Service, these Additional Terms take precedence over your use of the Local Inventory app.

- Use of Local Inventory app: The Local Inventory app allows merchants to add in-store products to Google.
- Ownership and license: As long as you follow the Terms, the Google Terms of Service give you permission to use the Local Inventory app. Google retains ownership of the Local Inventory app and all intellectual property rights in Google’s licensed materials, products, and services, even when you use it.
- Warranty: In addition to the warranty provided in the Google Terms of Service and the Disclaimers described there, we don’t guarantee that your use of the Local Inventory app is uninterrupted or error-free.
- Cancellation: You may stop the display of your in-store products on your Business Profile at any time when you contact us. Google may suspend or terminate your access to the service as specifically described in the Google Terms of Service. We may also cancel your use of this feature if your store doesn’t have a physical location where customers can buy products locally or if your store type isn't eligible for this feature.
- Changes to Additional Terms: We may update these Additional Terms at any time without notice, but we’ll provide advance notice for any material changes. Changes to the Additional Terms won’t apply retroactively and take effect 15 days after posting on this page. However, changes made for legal reasons or in urgent situations such as to prevent ongoing abuse take effect immediately upon notice.
