How to locate your Business Manager profile ID when you contact support

Important: To find your profile, you must sign in with the Google Account associated with it.

1. Go to Google Search.
2. Search for your exact business name.
   • In the search result, your brand profile shows up.
3. At the top right, select More Manage people & access.
4. On the “Business Manager” page, under the business name, you can find the Business Manager Profile ID.
   • Your Business Manager Profile ID includes “om-” and all the succeeding numbers.

Tip: You can share this ID with Google Support by phone, chat, email, or other channels.
