After you claim your brand profile, you can access your shipping, returns info, and promotions from Search and manage them in Merchant Center. This allows you to update your info with ease and improve the shopping experience for your customers.
Setup shipping & promotions
Important: Updates on your brand profile take time to reflect, shipping and promotions won’t always show up.
- Open Google Search.
- Search for your exact business name.
- At the top, in the brand profile panel, select the category you want to manage:
- Shipping: Allows you to manage your shipping and return info.
- Shipping and return policies are only shown if they’re similar across all Merchant Center accounts.
- Promotions: Enables you to manage your promotions.
- Shipping: Allows you to manage your shipping and return info.
- In the pop-up window, select a Merchant Center account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
