You can control access to your brand profile through Business Manager when you have super admin access.
- Only super admins can claim the brand profile and update the business info. With a super admin role, you can also manage access to all applications connected in Business Manager.
- If you don’t have a Business Manager profile, first make sure you have admin access to the Merchant Center associated with your brand profile. You can create your Business Manager profile when you’re the first to log into Business Manager from the Merchant Center. This automatically gives you super admin access.
- If someone already created a Business Manager account that’s associated with the brand profile and has super admin access, you must request access for the super admin role.
- If you’re not a super admin, you can’t take any action on the brand profile and you must request access from a super admin. Learn more about super admins.
- Super admins have access to all applications connected in Business Manager, including brand profile.
- To transfer ownership of a brand profile to another person:
- Add the user as a super admin.
- Remove yourself.
Manage admin access
Important: To find your profile, you must sign in to the Google Account associated with it.
- Go to Google Search.
- Search for your exact business name.
- In the search result, your brand profile shows up.
- At the top right, select More
Manage people & access.
- On the “Business Manager” page, under “People and Access” section, select Add people.
- In the “Select Access” pop-up window, select Super Admin Access or Individual App Access.
- Select Next.
- Enter an email address you want to send an invitation to.
- Select Invite.
