A brand profile can enable you to show your:
- Brand’s imagery, products, and discounts
- Business info and other important business details
- Shipping and return info, promotions, and brand videos
Check brand profile claim eligibility
You can only claim a brand profile when you have super admin access and a business can only be claimed once. If the option to manage the brand isn’t available, someone else manages the business.
Currently, not all brand profiles are eligible for claim. Only select e-commerce retailers can claim and manage brand profiles. Eligibility to claim brand profiles will expand in the coming months.
If you receive the "early access" email, the "Claim your brand profile" button only works for you because it's directly linked to your account.
If the link still doesn't work, it could be because another super admin user on the account has already claimed the brand profile. Contact your account's super admin for access.

How to claim your brand profile
Important: Only super admins can claim your brand profile.
To manage your brand’s info on Google, claim your brand profile.
- Open Google Search.
- Search for your exact business name.
- In the search result, your brand profile shows up.
- Select Manage this brand profile.
- If the “Manage this brand profile" button isn’t available, you’re ineligible to claim the brand profile.
- Depending on your brand’s eligibility and the Google Account you’re signed in to, a dialog appears:
- Manage brand content: If the business you want to claim is associated with your verified Merchant Center account, you can manage the brand content.
- To claim your brand profile, select Manage now.
- To close the dialog, select Close
.
- Someone else may manage this brand profile: If you don’t have access to the business you want to claim, someone else may be managing your brand profile.
- To claim your brand profile:
- Select Switch accounts.
- Sign in to the account with access to the business you want to claim.
- Go back to step 4.
- To close the dialog, select Close
.
- To claim your brand profile:
- Manage brand content: If the business you want to claim is associated with your verified Merchant Center account, you can manage the brand content.
- After you complete the steps, at the top, actions to manage your brand profile appear.
- You'll find an indicator that you already manage the brand profile on Google.
- You can manage your images, description, promotions, and other business info.
