How can I pause my blog for few weeks without deleting

What's wrong with just not posting for a few weeks? That would be a pause.
If what you mean is that you'd like to take your blog offline without deleting it, that is easy, though perhaps not necessary.
Just go to blogger.com > Settings > Permissions > Reader Access and set that to "Private to authors."
Reset it to public whenever you like, in the same place.
