Schedule, join, present in, and troubleshoot 3D Beam meetings

Schedule a Beam meeting
Beam meetings are similar to standard video meetings, but require these two steps to ensure the 3D experience:
- Invite your meeting partner.
- Find a Beam room at each location and add them when creating the invite.

Start or join a Beam meeting
- For a scheduled meeting: go to your scheduled Beam room and tap the meeting name on the touchscreen or enter the meeting code.
- For an instant meeting:
- To start the meeting, go to a Beam room, tap
on the touchscreen, then click Create and give the meeting code to your meeting partner.
- To join the meeting, go to a Beam room and enter the meeting code your meeting partner gave you.
- To start the meeting, go to a Beam room, tap

Present to a Beam meeting
To present in a Beam meeting, you must be signed in to your Google Workspace account on your personal device, and join the meeting from that device using Companion mode (g.co/companion).

Troubleshoot a Beam meeting
- If you have audio issues, check the mute buttons and volume in each room.
- If you have trouble connecting to the call, try quitting and rejoining.
