Google removed a feature from Assistant that Gemini doesn't offer

Question

Google forcibly replaced Assistant with Gemini by making the former no longer functional. I enjoyed using a shortcut to open the assistant window to prompt translating on screen in real time without opening other apps or floating icons. it was also useful in highlighting unselectable text in any app. now Assistant nor Gemini does it. please implement this feature again!

Also for features request, I encourage you to send your concerns directly to the Google team.
You can send feedback by saying, "Hey Google, send feedback." This will allow you to report your concerns directly. 
Alternatively, you can submit feedback through the Google Assistant settings on your device by navigating to Assistant settings > Send feedback.
Engineers look at this feedback and the more feedback they get the quicker they react. Be sure to give as much details in your feedback.
