You can change the sound of your Google Assistant’s voice. When you change the voice, it applies to all of your Assistant devices.

- On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Assistant app

- At the top right, tap your profile picture or initial

Choose a child-friendly Assistant voice for child accounts
Important: Child-friendly Assistant voices are only available on Google Accounts for children. This feature isn’t available in all languages, countries or devices.
To choose a child-friendly voice for Google Assistant, you'll need an Assistant-enabled device set up with a child’s Google Account. On shared devices, you'll also need to set up Voice Match for your child.
To change the Assistant voice for your child’s account:
- On your child’s device or a shared device with your child’s account connected, get your child to say “Hey Google, change your voice”.
- You can also choose a voice for your child’s Google Assistant in their Assistant settings.
- Listen to the different voice examples.
- To choose a voice, tap the box.
- When your Assistant asks you to confirm, you can say "Yes", "No" or "Cancel".
Tip: You can also choose a child-friendly voice for your Assistant on enabled speakers. You or your child can say, “Hey Google, change your voice” and follow the prompts.
