Remember where you parked your car using the Google Assistant

You can ask your Google Assistant to remember where you parked your car.  

Important: Some features aren't available in all languages, countries, or eligible Android devices.

Step 1: Turn on your location

When you turn on your location, your Assistant can give more details about where you parked. 

1. On your iPhone, open the Settings app.
2. Tap Privacy  Location services.
3. Turn on "Location services."

Step 2: Tell your Google Assistant where you parked

1. On your iPhone, open the Google Assistant app .
2. Say "Ok Google" or tap Speak .
3. Say, for example:
   "I parked here"
   "Remember where I parked"
   "I parked my car on level two"
   "I parked in the south lot"
   "My parking spot is F34"
   To type instead, tap Type .

Note: The first two examples only work if you turned on your location.

Step 3: Ask where you parked

1. On your iPhone, open the Google Assistant app .
2. Say "Ok Google" or tap Speak .
3. Ask, for example:
   "Where’s my car?"
   "Where did I park?"
   "Do you remember where I parked?"
   To type instead, tap Type .

Your Google Assistant will tell you where you parked. If you turned on location, you’ll see a map that shows your parking location.
