Summarize long textual data into a shorter summary using AI by adding the Summarize AI task in an automation. You can use multiple columns as input to the Summarize AI task.
Examples of summarizing information using AI:
- Summarize notes from a meeting to review the main highlights
- Summarize information for a specific customer, highlighting the main points of concern

To summarize information using AI, add and configure the Summarize AI task by performing the following steps.
- Add the Summarize AI task to a bot, as described in Add a task to a bot.
- Configure the Summarize AI task by using the settings described in the following table.
- Save the app.
