Transfer apps and databases in your team or organization as described in the following sections:

Transfer an individual app to another account

As an admin, you can transfer an individual app to another account in your team or organization.

1. View the app details in the AppSheet Admin console.
2. Select More  > Transfer app.
3. Enter or select the email address of the account to which you want to transfer the app.
4. Click Transfer.
   The app is transferred and the Owner field is updated to reflect the new owner's account.

Transfer all apps and databases for an account

As a team root, you can transfer apps and databases between AppSheet accounts in your team. For example, you might need to do this when a user leaves an organization before deleting their account. 

To transfer ownership of the apps and databases for an account, do the following:

1. Open the Accounts page in the AppSheet Admin console.
2. Click the user name of the account you want to transfer in the list.
   The account details page opens.
3. Click Transfer Ownership.
4. Select the assets to transfer.
5. Enter the email of the account to which you want to transfer ownership of the selected assets.
6. Click Transfer.
