Google provides translated versions of the Advertising Policies Help Center, though they're not meant to change the content of the policies. In September 2017, as part of a beta program, Google Ads will introduce verification checks for locksmiths (including aggregators of locksmith services) targeting ads in New York. After the new policy goes into effect, and for as long as the beta program is running, the Other restricted businesses policy will be updated to reflect this change.
