On 15 August Google will update the Ad requirements for YouTube.
This update improves the organisation of the page and clarifies the paths through which advertisers can appeal a disapproval if they believe their disapproved ads are compliant with the Ad requirements for YouTube. This clarification will not impact existing enforcement. No additional action is required.
