On 29 June 2023, Google will update the Belgium country specifics of its Gambling and games policy to reflect recent changes in local law. The below will replace the current policy language effective 29 June 2023:

Google allows ads promoting the following online gambling as long as the advertiser is a licensed operator registered with Kruispuntbank van Ondernemingen (KBO) and provides a valid licence:
