Account Still Suspended After 29 Days
Hello AdSense Community,
I am facing an issue with my AdSense/AdMob account suspension and would appreciate any guidance or advice.
My account was temporarily suspended for 29 days due to invalid traffic (self-clicking). I received the suspension email on May 14, 2025, which stated that ad-serving would be automatically re-enabled after this 29-day period.
Today is June 13, 2025, meaning the 29-day suspension period has now passed. However, my account is still showing as suspended in the AdSense interface, and ads are not being served.
Furthermore, my AdSense dashboard displays a red banner directing me to the "Policy Center" for more details regarding the suspension. Unfortunately, when I click on this "Policy Center" link, it does not work – no page loads or information is displayed. I have tried clearing my browser cache/cookies, using different browsers, and incognito mode, but the link remains unresponsive.
I have also attempted to contact AdSense support directly through the "Contact Us" wizard, but the system only offered "Community" as a contact option.
In summary:
- Account suspended on May 14, 2025, for 29 days (due to invalid traffic).
- 29-day period has elapsed (as of June 12, 2025).
- Account is still suspended.
- "Policy Center" link in my dashboard is not functioning, preventing me from getting specific details about the ongoing suspension.
- Unable to reach direct AdSense support via the contact form.
Could anyone in the community offer advice on why my account might still be suspended, especially since the stated period has passed and I cannot access the Policy Center? Is there another way to get direct support for this specific issue, given the unresponsive link?
Thank you for your time and help.
