I use Pinterest traffic
That might have caused the issue. AdSense is designed for organic search traffic / natural traffic profiles.
See if AdSense offered you an appeal, and then read this - very, very carefully:
Tip: "it's a mistake" will not result in a successful appeal. Take it seriously and investgate, identify and fix.

How exactly did you promote your site on Pinterest?

As already explained, it's not a mistake and "using Pinterest to get traffic" is likely what caused this.

You should also appreciate that AdSense is a business arrangement, not a "right" -- and no one is taking away your ability to publish what you want or draw traffic from wherever you wish -- though of course you cannot monetize through AdSense if the account is closed/disabled.
Google won't have any communication with you (outside possibly of an appeal form through the faq listed below). There's good reason for this rule. Some disabled/'banned' account holders are true wackos -- and there's no economic value for Google to maintain any form of post-disabling communication.
Perhaps my perspective on this stuff is unconventional because I am the only Product Expert in these parts who has gone through the "banning" experience (with appeal denied) to become a PE, invited to several summits and meet-ups in different places around the world to meet with Google staff. My recovery story won't help you -- it is a truly exceptional set of circumstances -- but the key element behind it is that I never "needed" AdSense to be viable. Through the years, virtually all of my business income has come from direct advertising purchases -- that is, advertisers do business with us without any involvement from Google and pay directly.
If you can do that, you won't need AdSense. And of course you will probably prove you should have another shot at the program, since you will have learned how to deliver real value both in terms of readership (demographics) and traffic to your advertisers.
