Identity Verification Failed, Unable to Show Ads

My AdSense account cannot display ads because the identity verification failed.

I have not received any payment yet and have not verified my PIN.

Currently, I cannot find any option to resubmit or re-upload my identity documents.

I would like to request assistance to complete the verification process so that my account can be reactivated.
