Allow and block Authorised Buyers

The 'Authorised Buyers' page gives you insight into the authorised buyers that are bidding on the inventory on your site. The most common authorised buyers include ad networks, trading desks and demand-side platforms (DSPs). You can use the bidding controls in your account to allow or block certain Authorised Buyers.

Authorised Buyers are organised by their parent and child relationship. Parent Authorised Buyers have their own bidding technologies, whereas their child Authorised Buyers use the parent’s bidding technology.

Note: If you block an Authorised Buyer it might have a negative impact on your revenue. This is because the blocked buyer won't compete in the auction on your site, and therefore won't drive up potential earnings for your ad inventory.

How to allow or block an Authorised Buyer

  1. Sign in to your AdSense account.
  2. Click Brand safety.
  3. Click Content, then Blocking controls.
  4. Click Authorised Buyers.
  5. In the list of authorised buyers, use the controls On to allow or block a parent or child authorised buyer.
Tip: Use the search and/or filter to find a specific Authorised Buyer.

Changes will take effect in about one hour.
