This is an article about clicks reported with no associated earnings in Google AdSense. It discusses two reasons why you might see clicks with no earnings. One reason is that the advertiser paid less than one cent. The other reason is that the click was invalid.
- Advertiser paid less than one cent: You might be in a scenario where you've displayed a CPM ad for which an advertiser paid less than one cent. Advertisers may pay as little as $0.50 for each 1000 impressions of an ad. With each impression worth $0.0005, you could receive up to nine ad impressions for total revenue of $0.0045.
- The clicks were invalid: All clicks on Google Ads are monitored for any activity that may artificially drive up an advertiser's costs or a publisher's earnings. Clicks that are considered invalid still appear in your reports. However, because advertisers aren't charged for these clicks, no earnings are shown for the activity. Learn more about invalid clicks.
AdSense accounts are credited for all clicks and impressions that are considered to be valid. Finalised earnings are included in your Payments page at the end of every month.
