About app visibility

Note: Once you set up an app in AdMob, you can't delete it. Instead, you can remove ad units to ensure your app is no longer monetizing with AdMob.

Changing the visibility of an app affects where the app can be seen in AdMob. Hidden apps don't appear in your list of apps. You can identify a hidden app by the icon Visibility off beside its name.

Note: If you also use Google Ad Manager, changes to app visibility in AdMob will also apply in Google Ad Manager.

For example, if you update the status of an app to "Visible" in AdMob, it will update to "Visible" in Google Ad Manager.

App visibility does not affect ad serving, revenue, or reporting and doesn't delete your app. Hidden apps may continue to generate revenue, stats, and analytics.
